Who can forget the 1982 film and 1995 Broadway production of the same name, starring Julie Andrews? With the help of her down and out, gay promoter, Victoria, a struggling soprano, disguises herself as Victor, a female impersonator whose stage name is “Victoria" He becomes the talk of the town until a mob boss finds himself attracted to the star. This musical-comedy features a score from Henry Mancini and Frank Wildhorn.
